Canada: Lakeport Brewing Income Fund appoints CFO

Lakeport Brewing Income Fund announced on July 18 the appointment of Tony Hidalgo as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hidalgo brings to Lakeport an extensive financial background with more than 13 years in progressively senior finance, controllership, accounting and auditing roles. Mr. Hidalgo is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.

The company also announced that Karen Trudell, Vice President, Finance, will report directly to the Chair and Chief Executive Officer, providing support in the areas of Investor Relations, financial modeling for strategic growth, and information systems initiatives. Ms. Trudell is also a Chartered Accountant and has been with the company since January 2002. Prior to joining Lakeport, Ms. Trudell was in senior financial roles with Cott Canada and Pepsi Canada.
